1. Service Description:

a. Our online mastering service offers professional audio mastering for clients' music tracks.
b. Mastering services may include but are not limited to final equalization, dynamic processing, stereo enhancement, and sequencing for optimal playback.
c. Clients may specify preferences and provide reference tracks to guide the mastering process.

d. TweakR Studios reserves the right to refuses mastering orders when clients' mix(es) are of poor quality.

2. Ordering Process:

a. Clients must submit their music tracks in digital format through a file sharing platform of choice (wetransfer, google drive, etc...).
b. Clear instructions, preferences, and any reference tracks should be provided along with the files.
c. Once the order is submitted, clients will receive confirmation.

d. An estimated turnaround time of 7 to 10 working days is applicable.

3. Payment:

a. Payment for mastering services is due in full upon submission of the order.
b. We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other designated payment methods.
c. Refunds are not available once the mastering process has commenced, except in cases of our failure to deliver the service as described.

d. Upon refusal of an order due to quality issues a full refund will be issued.

4. Revision Policy:

a. Clients are entitled to an unlimited number (within the reasonable of course) of revisions to ensure satisfaction with the final master.
b. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving the initial master.

c. Additional revisions beyond the 14 days limit may be subject to additional fees.

d. Any discounted orders are entitled to 2 revisions. Extra revisions will be charged at €25,00 each.

5. Delivery:

a. Completed masters will be delivered to clients electronically via the designated online platform or email.
b. Although we store your files for 6 months as a standard, clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their completed masters upon receipt.
c. We are not liable for any loss or damage to files after they have been delivered to the client.

6. Intellectual Property:

a. Clients retain all rights to their music tracks and related intellectual property.
b. By submitting music tracks for mastering, clients grant us permission to use excerpts of the mastered tracks for promotional purposes, with proper attribution.

7. Confidentiality:

a. We respect the privacy of our clients and maintain confidentiality regarding their music tracks and personal information.
b. Client files and communications are securely stored and protected against unauthorized access.

8. Limitation of Liability:

a. Our liability for any errors or omissions in the mastering service is limited to the fees paid by the client for that particular service.
b. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our mastering services.

9. Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Flanders Belgium.
